  1. 01Food guide

    How to serve 100+ foods

Safe sizes and cuts for 6 to 8 months, 9 to 11 months and 12 months+, drawn to scale next to an adult fingertip. Choking risk is shown for every food, along with minimum ages, such as no honey before 12 months.

    • Choking risk on every food
    • Steps for each age
    • Sources listed on each food
Grapes in the food guide: high choking risk, quartered lengthwise or pressed flat at 6 to 8 months.
  2. 02Allergens

    Keep track of allergens

Track the 9 common allergens. Each one counts as introduced after 3 separate days of eating it, and Pomme reminds you when one is due again. Log a reaction and only that allergen pauses.

    • Peanut, egg, milk, wheat, soy, fish, shellfish, sesame, tree nuts
    • Keep-up reminders
    • Pause and resume after a reaction
Allergens screen: 5 of 9 introduced, with dairy and wheat due again.
  3. 03Starter plan

A plan for the first weeks

Start with a day-by-day plan built around your baby's age and any known allergies.

    • One new food a day
    • Each allergen on its own day, so a reaction is easy to trace
    • Ticks off as you log
Maya's plan: day by day, avocado, sweet potato, peanut, oats, egg, each ticked off.
  4. 04Meal log

    Log meals in seconds

A few taps, or ask Siri. Record how it went, and if there's a reaction, note the symptoms and timing, with a one-tap emergency call.

    • Loved it, ate some, refused or reaction
    • Quick add for repeat foods
    • Works offline
Log a meal: avocado and egg added, marked as loved.
  5. 05Progress

    See every food they've tried

See how many foods your baby has tried, and which food groups could use more.

    • Foods tried in each food group
    • Milestones at 10, 25, 50 and 100 foods
    • Suggestions for what to try next
Progress: 31 of 100 foods, split by food group, with milestones reached.

Questions parents ask

Where does the serving advice come from?

From published guidance by the AAP (HealthyChildren.org), CDC, NHS and NIAID. Every food lists its sources. Allergens and high choking-risk foods are checked against two organizations, and where they disagree, Pomme uses the more cautious advice.

Is Pomme medical advice?

No. Pomme doesn't replace your pediatrician. Talk to them before starting solids, especially if your baby has eczema or a known allergy. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Where is my baby's data stored?

On your iPhone. Pomme has no account and doesn't collect your data.

How much does Pomme cost?

Pomme is $4.99 a month, and the first 7 days are free. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel it any time in your App Store account settings. Or pay $29.99 once for lifetime access.
